All of my items are designed, made, packaged and shipped by myself after you have placed your order. I strive to dispatch all items within 3-5 days of orders being placed but this may increase during busier periods.
All items are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Refund & Returns Policy
I strive to ensure that every customer is happy with their purchase. If you are disappointed with the item that you have received, please get in touch via email@example.com and I will do my best to make it right.
As the majority of my items are personalised or custom designs, I do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. If a repair is not possible, you will be offered the option of an exchange or refund and these would be honoured within two weeks of your complaint. In some cases I may be able to offer you a discount to keep the item if it's something purely cosmetic that you'd be happier to keep for a partial refund.
